progress of the octagon quilt

dear friends,we had a wonderful weekend with our two oldest grandchildren(10 and 5),next weekend are the two little ones coming(3and 9 month),and i wanted to show you the octagon quilt,i think it is really amazing how it turns out,i never thought that there would be two circleshapes in the end,i made the black and white picture to see the contrasts better,it is now 2 meter (80 inch) long and i want it to be square, have a nice new week,all of you,susi

another finish:the wool quilt

dear friends, the wool quilt after bonnie sullivan is finished ,too.it measures 2,25x2,10cm.it has a flanell backing,so it is very cosy.i quilted just the animals and some leaves and the animals got button eyes,have a nice rest of the week,susi
