knitted babyblanket from sockwool remnants, half way through

dear friends,i am half way through with the baby blanket.i surrounded every square with a blanket stitch with a black  thicker cotton thread (like for crotcheting pottholders),and than i stitched them together with that same black cotton thread. 72 squares left to knit, but it is fun to do this, have a nice week, susi

I love that idea--what did you use to sew them together? hugs Julierose

So bright and cheery. I would also like to know how you joined them.

You are very fast at knitting. So many nice patterns within the blocks. I have never seen this method for a baby blanket. Will be very soft and warm.
